About MindLink
MindLink provides a branded access layer for university support services. It helps students reach existing support routes more easily. It is not a clinical service, emergency service, counselling provider, or replacement for university care pathways.
Institution responsibilities
Universities and colleges are responsible for the support content, contacts, tools, wording, and pathways they choose to publish through MindLink. Institutions should keep urgent contacts accurate, review student-facing content regularly, and make sure published information is appropriate for their students.
Pilot requests and onboarding
Submitting a pilot request starts a conversation with MindLink and TagLink. It does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, implementation dates, or a live rollout. Pilot scope, commercial terms, data responsibilities, and launch requirements may be agreed separately with each institution.
Admin accounts
Admin users must keep login details secure and only use MindLink for authorised institutional purposes. We may suspend access if an account is compromised, misused, or creates risk for the platform or its users.
Student-facing hubs
Student hubs may link to university, college, external, or emergency support routes. MindLink does not control third-party websites, phone lines, email inboxes, or the availability of support services listed by an institution.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep MindLink reliable and secure, but we may update, pause, or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, product improvement, or legal reasons.
