How MindLink handles pilot enquiries, university admin accounts, and student hub usage.

Who this applies to

This policy covers MindLink public pages, pilot requests, university admin areas, and student-facing hubs. MindLink is operated by TagLink and is designed as an access layer for university support services.

What we collect

When an institution submits a pilot request, we collect the contact details, institution details, support context, and notes provided in the form. When an admin account is created, we store the account name, email address, role, university association, and security records needed to operate the service.

Student-facing hubs are designed to work without a student login, profile, or account. We may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and server logs so the service can be secured, monitored, and improved.

How we use information

  • To respond to pilot enquiries and manage onboarding.
  • To create and support university admin access.
  • To provide, secure, maintain, and improve MindLink.
  • To keep records of consent, account activity, support configuration, and service communications.

Student privacy

MindLink is built to reduce friction for students. A student can open a hub without creating an account or handing over a profile to MindLink. Universities control the support routes, contacts, and resources shown in their hub.

Sharing and suppliers

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers to host, secure, and operate MindLink. We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared where required to provide the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or support an institution's use of MindLink.

Retention

We keep pilot request and account records for as long as needed to manage the relationship, operate the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain audit history. If a pilot does not proceed, we will remove or anonymise records when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, export, or delete personal information where applicable. Contact hello@tagl.ink and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant record.
