Our aim
We aim for MindLink public pages, pilot forms, admin tools, and student-facing hubs to be clear, responsive, keyboard accessible, and usable with common assistive technologies.
What we focus on
- Readable text, consistent page structure, and meaningful headings.
- Keyboard access for forms, links, buttons, and navigation.
- Labels, alt text, visible focus states, and semantic HTML where possible.
- Mobile-first layouts that keep urgent support routes easy to find.
Known limits
MindLink is still evolving through pilot work. Some institution-provided content, uploaded media, and third-party destinations may sit outside our direct control. Where we find issues, we will prioritise fixes that affect access to support information.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility issue, email hello@tagl.ink. Include the page URL, the issue you experienced, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the outcome you expected.
Review
We review accessibility as part of product updates and pilot feedback. The statement will be updated as MindLink moves from pilot into wider university rollout.
